Terms of Service
These terms explain how clinics can use the Service, who is responsible for what, and how billing and data work. The short version: the software helps, the doctor decides.
01 The Service
The Service is clinic management software covering appointments, patient records, AI consult notes, e-prescriptions, pharmacy, billing and clinic reports. These terms apply to every clinic, doctor and staff member who uses it.
02 Accounts
- The person who signs up must be authorised to act for the clinic.
- Each user gets their own login. Logins must not be shared.
- The clinic decides which roles each staff member has and is responsible for what its users do in the account.
- Tell us promptly if you think a login has been misused.
03 Free trial
New clinics can use every module free for 30 days. At the end of the trial, the clinic can choose a plan to continue or export its data. Trial accounts that do not continue may be closed after a notice period.
04 Clinical responsibility
The Service supports clinical work. It does not practise medicine. Doctors remain fully responsible for diagnosis, treatment, prescriptions and every note they sign.
AI Consult Notes produces drafts from the doctor's dictation. Drafts can contain errors and must be reviewed and corrected by the doctor before signing. Drug interaction and allergy alerts are reminders that support the doctor's judgement. They are not complete and do not replace it.
05 Patient consent
- The clinic must get the patient's consent before recording a consultation for notes.
- The clinic must have a lawful basis to record patient information and to send messages to patients.
- ABHA linking and ABDM sharing must follow the consent rules of the national digital health ecosystem.
06 Acceptable use
- Do not use the Service for anything unlawful or for sending unsolicited messages.
- Do not try to access data of other clinics or break the security of the Service.
- Do not copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service.
07 Fees and payment
Plans are priced per doctor per month, billed monthly or yearly in advance. Taxes apply as per law. WhatsApp messages above the plan allowance are billed at cost. Prices may change with at least 30 days' notice before your next billing cycle.
08 Your data
Clinic and patient data belongs to the clinic. We use it only to provide the Service, as described in the Privacy Policy. You can export your data at any time while your account is active and for a period after it closes.
09 Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available at all times and schedule maintenance outside common OPD hours where possible. Support is available by chat and email, with priority support on the Nursing Home plan.
10 Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for clinical decisions made by doctors using the Service. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees the clinic paid in the 12 months before the claim.
11 Ending the agreement
A clinic can cancel at any time and its plan will run until the end of the paid period. We may suspend or close an account for serious breach of these terms or non-payment, after notice where possible.
12 Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Delhi have jurisdiction over any dispute.
