AI Consult Notes

You talk to the patient. The note writes itself in draft.

With the patient's consent, AI Consult Notes listens to the doctor's dictation and drafts a structured note: complaint, history, examination, plan. The doctor reads it, edits anything, and signs. Nothing is saved until the doctor signs.

Dictate the way you speak

Hindi, English or a mix of both. Speak naturally between examining the patient and the draft keeps up.

Structured drafts

Chief complaint, history, vitals, examination findings, advice and plan, laid out the way you write your notes.

Doctor reviews and signs

Every line can be edited. The note is only saved to the record after the doctor reads it and signs.

Consent first

Recording starts only after the patient agrees. Consent is logged with the visit.

Minutes back each visit

Less typing after every patient, and no pile of notes to finish at night.

Learns your style

Your preferred headings, abbreviations and advice phrases are kept so drafts read like you wrote them.

How it moves

From one room to the next

  1. 01

    Consent

The patient agrees to recording for notes. The tablet shows a clear recording indicator.

  2. 02

    Dictation

The doctor speaks the findings and plan. The draft fills in, section by section.

  3. 03

    Review

The doctor reads the draft, corrects anything, and adds what was missed.

  4. 04

    Signed

The note is saved to the visit and the recording is deleted.

What the AI does

  • Turns the doctor's spoken words into a written draft
  • Arranges the draft under your note headings
  • Pulls in vitals already entered at the front desk
  • Suggests the prescription lines the doctor dictated, for the doctor to confirm

What the AI never does

  • It does not diagnose
  • It does not decide or change treatment
  • It does not prescribe on its own
  • It does not save anything the doctor has not signed
Patient safety and responsible AI

The doctor decides. Always.

AI never diagnoses or prescribes

It drafts notes from the doctor's own words. The doctor reviews, edits and signs every note.

Recorded only with consent

Consultations are recorded for notes only when the patient agrees, and the consent is logged with the visit.

Recordings deleted after signing

Once the doctor signs the note, the audio is deleted. Only the signed note stays in the record.

Alerts support judgement

Drug interaction alerts are a second look. They support the doctor's judgement and never replace it.

Encrypted, role-based, never sold

Patient data is encrypted, access is limited by role, it follows India's health data and privacy rules, and it is never sold.

AI Consult Notes: common questions

Does the AI diagnose?

No. It only drafts notes from what the doctor says. The doctor decides everything and signs every note.

What happens to the audio?

Recordings are used only to draft the note and are deleted once the doctor signs it.

What if a patient says no to recording?

Then nothing is recorded. The doctor writes or types the note as usual, with templates to speed it up.

Evening, clinic quiet

The waiting room is empty. Every file is where it should be.
