No. It only drafts notes from what the doctor says. The doctor reviews, edits and signs every note and decides everything about diagnosis and treatment.
Is patient data safe?
Patient data is encrypted in transit and at rest, access is limited by role, every view is logged, and data is never sold or shared for advertising.
Does it support ABHA?
Yes. You can create or link a patient's ABHA number, and records are ABDM-compatible so they can be shared with the patient's consent.
Can patients book on WhatsApp?
Yes. Patients message your clinic number, choose a doctor and slot, and get a confirmation with their token number.
How long does setup take?
Most single-doctor clinics are live within a day or two. Polyclinics and nursing homes usually take about a week, including data import and staff training.
What do I need to run it?
Any computer or tablet with a browser and internet. A printer for prescriptions and receipts, and any TV with a browser for the token screen, are optional.
